He provides the leadership for business enhancement, customer focus and organizational growth. The tremendous encouragement given by him to his whole team not only enhanced the team spirit but also helped in the evolution of the company. Under his leadership and clear vision the company has become a highly responsive and reliable customer-centric organization. He provides the apex level focus for quality of service and customer satisfaction in the organization. He plays the key role in defining the company’s strategy and integrating the technology to maintain its leadership in the industry.

Mr. Sasikumar serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Evangelsoft. He is an engineering graduate and has a career spanning over 10 years in the IT industry. He has been instrumental in developing the company’s HR policies, practices and culture, which is one of its biggest assets. He is primarily responsible to carry out the business development and strategic investments of the company. Being the backbone of the company, he oversees the company’s day-to-day operations. He encourages employees to continuously acquire and improve knowledge, skills, and abilities through training courses and management development programs. He ensures that the business relationships, organizational structures and motivational schemes are in place and the company’s strategies are acted upon successfully. He played a key role in steering the company through a comprehensive reformation and turn-around.

Mr. Anilkumar JVJ serves as the Chief Technical Officer at Evangelsoft. He owns a Post Graduation in Information Technology and has an experience of over 10 years in the IT field. Being an attributive person, he defines and executes the technical vision and IT strategy in alignment with the broader corporate objectives. He has contributed to the strategic direction of Evangelsoft by identifying the role that specific technologies will play in its future growth. His technical skills, business expertise and his ability to communicate at all levels allow him to address business issues through the application of technology. In addition to his technical expertise, Anil also brings a strong track record of performance, team development, relationship building and strategic thinking that provides him a strong platform to continue to build success. He is responsible for leveraging the professional services and delivery capability that matches the rapid sales trends.
